Security Deposit Refund Policy – Lazo Car Rental

At Lazo Car Rental, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. As part of our rental agreement, a refundable security deposit is required upon vehicle collection.

The security deposit acts as a guarantee against potential damages, traffic fines, Salik (toll) charges, or any additional costs incurred during the rental period.

Refund Process:

The full security deposit will be refunded within 28 working days from the date the vehicle is returned, provided the following conditions are met:

• The vehicle is returned in the same condition as when rented, free from damage (excluding normal wear and tear).
• There are no outstanding traffic fines or Salik (toll) charges remaining unpaid during the rental period.
• No additional charges (such as excess mileage or fuel shortages) are applicable.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original deposit unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon.

Should there be any deductions (such as traffic fines reported after the return date), the customer will be informed with proper documentation before the final refund amount is determined.
